To commemorate the 3rd anniversay of the erection of the monument in Crossakiel, come back to Crossakiel on the 28th of May 2000 at 3pm.

It is also the anniversary of the death of Michael Davitt, which will also be commemorated, due to Connell's association with Davitt and with land agitation.

Speeches at the monument will be followed by an evening of song and celebration.
