The 2nd ECPR International Conference on Parliamentary Accountability was held at Science Po Paris over three days in mid-March 2009. Organized by Olivier Rozenberg and Shane Martin, the conference focused on the topic of parliamentary questions. Papers from the conference are available below (or in some cases by contacting the paper-giver directly). Papers are currently being revised with the aim of producing a publication on the usefulness of parliamentary questions as an empirical tool to study parliamentary behaviour.
