Irish Film Links IRISH FILM BOARD The Film Board exists to part-fund development and production of Irish shorts, features, documentaries, animations - you name it. SCREEN COMMISSION OF IRELAND The Screen Commission of Ireland promotes Ireland internationally as a film location base and facilitates production companies when in Ireland. The Commission seeks to provide film production companies with comprehensive information about casting, crews, locations, equipment, facilities and investment in film infrastructure.Speaks for itself, I think. Beautiful to look at though still short on substantive content - keep checking back though SCREEN TRAINING IRELAND The National Training Committee for Film and Television was established in late 1995 by the Board of FÁS in association with the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands. The role of the Committee is to implement a nationally agreed training strategy for the independent film and television production sector based on recommendations in the STATCOM report "Training Needs to 2000""Your gateway to the Irish film and television industry.
