Requests for changes to "Guildhall" authoring software

At the two day "CALL Workshop" at Dublin City University, the following changes were requested.

1. The Multiple Choice Gapfill exercise should not be case sensitive. In future all alternatives in this style of exercise will be converted to lower case.
2. It should be possible to see the whole text on demand when interacting with an exercise. To achieve this we will provide a facility whereby the author may choose, via a check box option to have the exercise come up in a new window, thus giving the opportunity to return to the previous window to see the whole text.
3. The special character panels require the following additions:
1. Capital accented letters for Spanish and German
2. the ¿ is required for Spanish
3. ü is required for Spanish
4. Commands should be available in the target language. This requires a list of standard commands to be translated. We will ask Carlos for help in Spanish.
5. A bug was found in some versions of Netscape whereby the word "radiobutton" appears needlessly on the screen. To be investigated.
6. The "Add footnotes" tool should have the special characters panel for the title.
7. A home page link is required on the page with footnotes. This requires the addition of a couple of lines of code.
8. In order to enable the use of brackets in text, the use of '(' in formatting will be replaced by square brackets '['.
