Roles and Responsibilities
The role of the Human Resources Department will be to co-ordinate the process. The key responsibilities of the department will be to:
- Provide training for both the reviewer and reviewee in PMDS.
- Ensure that PMDS is conducted in accordance with, and is informed by, the stated key values of the University.
- Collate section III of all the review forms "planning for development" which has been forwarded by the Head of School / Research centre with a summary report on the developmental needs of the School / Research centre in the next 12 months.
- Organise the provision of the Researcher development programme which will aim to meet the training needs of Researchers identified through the PMDS and the Research Career Framework.
