Performance Management Development Scheme (PMDS)

Reviewee - Roles and Responsibilities

It is recommended that reviewees attend a briefing session on PMDS (this is available on request). For more information, please email training.development@dcu.ie.

The key responsibilities of the reviewee in the PMDS process are to:

  • Reflect on their performance
  • Contribute to the development of their performance objectives
  • Identify their training and development needs
  • Be prepared to receive feedback on their performance and act on it
  • Provide feedback to the reviewer where appropriate
  • Discuss any other issues which impact on their performance
